About Htownfan

Htownfan at a tailgate holding a plate of brisket

Htownfan is a love letter to Houston sports with zero chill. Every Sunday, every first pitch, every tip-off, we're there with the takes, the memes and the noise.

Meet Htownfan

Leading the charge is Htownfan: horns up, face painted navy and red, glasses on, nose ring in, chain swinging. He's been to every tailgate in his head, and he's brought brisket to all of them.

How we cover the teams

  • Scores and stats on this site come from sources we actually checked, and every post names its sources at the bottom.
  • Schedules and rosters link to the official team sites, since those change all the time.
  • Hot takes are clearly hot takes.

The fine print

Htownfan is a fan site. We are not affiliated with the NFL, MLB, NBA or any team, and we don't use team or league logos.
